Our history in print

Binding us to our history

BOOKS & PARCHMENT

Books show signs of age in their binding structure, cover leather, text block, and through discoloration.

Family Heirlooms

Crayon Portraits and Enlargements

These are printed from a photographic negative and then chalk, graphite, pastels, or varnish is applied. Damage usually includes discoloration, holes, or attached to acidic boards. These  were popular between the 1850s and early 1900s.

Restoring the artistic past

WATERCOLOURS, GOUACHES & DRAWINGS

These types of art on paper come to us with water damage, tears, areas of loss, staining from tape and creases.

The skill and mastery that Seth brought to this restoration gave a result beyond my imagination and expectation… The end result took my breath away when I first saw the print fully restored. Now I have a wonderful key piece to my collection and it is a joy to look at.
